Not so much a recipe but throw the following things together for a light lunch:
1 x WW Tomato & Basil Soup (2pp)
2 x Krisprolls (3pp)
Tomatoes (0pp)
Basil (0pp)
Buffalo Mozzarella (2pp)
Total: (7pp)
Heat the soup & make krisrolls my toping with mozzarella, tomato & basil
Serve with the soup
