Honey Mustard Pork Chops w. Baby Potatoes (14pp)

Serves 2

You will need:

Garlic (0pp)
Rosemary (0pp)
2 x Pork Chops (14pp)
1 tbsp Honey (2pp)
3 tbsp Mustard (2pp)

500g Baby Potatoes (10pp)

27 Divided by 2 = 14pp


spray a roasting tin with fry light, put the garlic & rosemary in the pan

mix together the honey & mustard, cover the pork chops

parboil the potatoes for 10 minutes, put the potatoes in the roasting tin & the pork chops on top

 roast for 45 minutes & serve
